paras must b more thick. they look like matar or matari.
Namaste! Thanks for your great recipe. We also have a sweat in Turkey called Sheker Pare. It’s similar to this, but you make bowls out of the dough. Wonder how Shakkar Pare become Sheker Pare in Turkey
